Priority Home Repair: supporting the most critical repairs of a home

Thank you to Consumers Energy Foundation and Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) for funding Priority Home Repairs through Habitat for Humanity of Michigan. Families whose income falls between 0-60% of the Area Median Income (please see chart below) can receive up to $5,000 for repairs to their home representing the highest priority needs which range from replacement of roof, furnace, water heater, exterior doors, ramp, electrical, plumbing, etc.

Thank you for helping families with low and modest incomes make the repairs they need, so they can remain in their homes longer!
